Risk-Free, 100-Day Free Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact Customer Service to get help. You can return any of your ordered items within 100 days after your receipt. Return Shipping Is Free, provided that the product being returned is located in the United States (not including U.S. territories) or Canada.
Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service.
If you want to change your ordered item for any reason, maybe to a different size or color, you can send back your ordered item to us within 100 days after your receipt. Please contact Customer Service to get help before sending back your product. As soon as we receive it, you'll be issued a full refund and can order it again the way you want it.
